New computer system guide promotes staff education

Practice management systems company Vet solutions, has launched their new ‘How do I’ guide, for users of their flagship product, PremVet. The comprehensive series is being introduced free of charge to PremVet clients in order to assist and direct users through each part of the system.

“Educating our clients not only offers empowerment to busy practice staff but also provides ourselves with immense satisfaction, safe in the knowledge that our systems are being used to the very utmost and that our clients are therefore attaining the greatest benefits from them!” says Chief Executive, Julian Bryan.

He continues, “Creating and developing software is the first stage of providing our management system. The second, and to us, most important stage in this process is to ensure that all aspects of our systems are grasped to the level of understanding required by any individual user.”

The first in the series of guides has just been published and covers the Automatic Pricing Module. “We feel that this particular feature of PremVet is one of the most powerful but possibly the most under-used function. The guide has been specifically developed and produced in a format that allows for all staff, new and old, regardless of IT experience, to be able to follow the step by step instructions with ease and confidence.” Comments Liz O’Brien, author of the series.
