New computer system guide gets back to basics

Veterinary practice management systems company VetSolutions, has introduced a new ‘How Do I’ guide for users of PremVet5. Provided free of charge to its PremVet5 customers, the new guide talks users through each part of the system.

“We want to make sure all staff in the practice that are asked to use the computer management system have access to a straight forward guide book,” says chief executive Julian Bryan. “Some of the staff come on our training courses, but we also want to cater for others and new staff who need to get up to speed quickly.

“We have kept computer jargon to a minimum and used step by step instructions in each section. Then we have laminated it and put a spiral binding on which all make it that much more useful than the typical ‘hard-going’ computer handbooks.”

VetSolutions offers a number of management systems to the veterinary profession, all of which are backed up with comprehensive support from its in-house team. “This is another step in making sure that our support service caters for everyone and is as comprehensive as possible.”
