Vet solutions embark in turning information into knowledge

Software system management company, Vet solutions have launched yet another service. With the aim to cater for the educational requirements of veterinary practice’s clients and to help improve the communication and marketing material which practices are able to offer.

Vet solutions have recently become providers of Lifelearn, a valuable client education tool.

Lifelearn offers a series of personalised, thorough yet simple, easy to read and understandable fact and information sheets on a wide range of conditions including pharmacy and diagnosis.

“It is very common for clients of a practice to only retain a small fraction of what is being explained to them in the consulting room, if they are able to take a leaflet with specific information home, they are much more likely to absorb and understand the information regarding the situation that they have been faced with.” Say Julian Bryan of Vet Solutions.

Good quality and comprehensive client education is the key to client compliance and this service provides the necessary professional marketing which allows practice staff to encompass all aspects of their client’s education.”

Lifelearn provides almost 900 handouts which are presented under 8 topics and the software is installed onto the practice’s system which then allows for the handouts to be edited and personalised with the practice’s own information.
