Batch number recording and traceability
is made easy by integrating barcode scanners which are compatible
with the major wholesalers. A complete audit trail of batch
usage is ready and waiting.
In the office
With its own integrated accounts system,
cash control is made easy. Clients can be given credit limits,
invoices can be deferred after a bereavement, and debtors
can be categorised in seven as well as thirty day bands. Accommodating
standard or cash accounting for VAT, RoboVet4 calculates your
VAT liability on sales, taking account of discounts and surcharges.
Internet integration allows access to
any website for extra product information, the profession’s
newsgroups or to Vet solutions’ own online support
forum.
For multi-branch practices there’s data
synchronisation built in to ensure records are kept up to
date, allowing one site to administer diary bookings and financial
records across the whole business if necessary.
