Day or night, support is on hand by phone or across the internet to help users get the best out of their system. Our support team are on hand from pre-surgery at 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. All the calls are logged so we have a complete history of all your queries. We also operate a unique, emergency out of hours service which as the name suggests offers help and support around the clock for emergency situations.

HARDWARE COVER

Computer systems are no less vulnerable to breakdown or component failure than any other electronic machine. But being a critical part of your business, you can't risk downtime, particularly on your server. That is why we've complemented our technical support service with hardware cover for any combination of computer equipment in the practice.

We provide a unique 24 hour hardware support telephone service and on site hardware support is free on all new servers and workstations as part of the manufacturers' warranty.

On the completion of your systems manufacturers' warranty we offer a competitive hardware cover service in order to ensure imperative peace of mind and a smooth running practice.

This means that in the unfortunate event of items failing, which are no longer covered by the manufacturer, instead of being without it for what could extend to a number of weeks whilst it is being repaired, we can offer on site support for these items with a 4 + 4 or 8 + 8 response and repair or loan service.

The service ensures that an engineer will be with you within 4 or 8 hours, depending on which cover option is chosen, the item will be repaired or a replacement will be loaned to you within a further 4 or 8 working hours, to help avoid the possible disruption which could be caused.

TRAINING

With new functionality in our systems and new staff in your practices, there is a constant need for training both at the back to basics and advanced levels. All too often, system functionality goes unseen as staff induction is rushed or the bustle of the surgery after surgery means upgrade notes get missed. That's why we provide training bespoke to your needs.

Throughout every year we offer a series of free workshops, covering the most common support issues or new features recently introduced to the system. For users wanting tuition on a one-to-one basis or for new staff we readily arrange training either onsite or at a location away from the practice the choice is always yours.
