At Vet solutions we offer support 24 hours a day, every day. What's more, you actually get to speak to a member of our staff - the team man the support desk from 8am to 6pm every working day. During the evenings, early mornings and at weekends you will be directed to our duty member who will assist you in dealing with your computer emergency. But being a critical part of your business, you cant risk downtime, particularly on your server. Thats why weve complemented our technical support service with hardware support for any combination of computer equipment in the practice.

We provide a unique 24 hour hardware support service with the option of providing temporary replacement items while your kit is under repair or a 24 hour call out from our engineering team.
